He is survived by: his wife Vicky Miller; his children, Cole Byassee (Kristin) of Sullivan, MO and Cassie Sutton (Chris) of Mayfield, Kentucky; his siblings, Ronnie Byassee (Paula) of East Prairie, Joe Byassee of Phoenix, AZ, Glenda Jones (Adolph) of Murray, KY, Karen Powell of East Prairie and Becky Jones of East Prairie; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Sutton, Mallory Sutton, Adalyn Byassee Johnston (Mason), Natalie Sutton, Ethan Sutton, Rafe Byassee and Pacey Byassee. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital, a place close to Charles' heart.
