He is survived by: his daughter Vicki; his son-in-law Terry Moore of East Prairie; his siblings, Bobby Chance of East Prairie, Frankie Chance of Advance, MO and Shirley Myers of Sikeston, MO.; his grandson Clayton Moore; his great grandchildren, Rebecca Sailors, Austin Moore and Lucas Moore; his great great grandchild Eliza Sailors; and his close friend Miranda Smith.
