She was predeceased by: her parents, John Emmons and Gertrude Emmons (Landsdel); her spouse Freamon D. Wertenberger; and her brothers, Gerald Emmons, John Emmons, Jr., Wayne Emmons and Mack Emmons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Griffin of Dexter, MO, Donna Grayson of St. Charles, MO and Sue Meinberg of Imperial, MO; and her siblings, Wanda Lylera of Troy, IL, Betty Brooks of St. Louis, MO and Bill Emmons of Fairdealing, MO.. She is also survived by her five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
