He is survived by: his children, Cindi Burgard (Charles) of Gatewood, MO, Curtis Hipps, Jr. (Victoria) of Gatewood, Leona Hipps of Doniphan and Savannah Garren of Sikeston, MO; and his grandchildren, Rachel Wiggs (Tom), Vanessa Simmons (Jason), Jessica Ray, Daune Jackson (Jimmy), Tina Sorrell (BJ), Gail Zuluaga (Juan), Megan Samples (Davy) and Jonathan Hipps. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
