He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dalton and Ila Dalton. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Dalton (Lawson); his daughter Jennifer Dalton; his grandchildren, Sam of Springfield, Anna of Springfield and Emily Williams of Springfield; and also Ashlee March of Doniphan.
