She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion F. Fleetwood and Opal H. F. Fleetwood (Simon); her husband Lloyd G. E. "Gene" Starkey; her son Scott Starkey; and her brother Billy Fleetwood.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Starkey of Doniphan; her brothers, Paul "Bob" Fleetwood of Doniphan, Kenneth Fleetwood of Doniphan and Jimmy Fleetwood of Doniphan; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Nathen, Emily and Elizabeth.
