He is survived by: his children, Barbara Jean Chance, Dawn McClintock (Danny), Mathew Chance (Gwyn), Carrie Anita Shelton (Chris Tipton), Robin Chance and Eric Lee Chance; his stepdaughter Christina Beaford; his caregiver Shannon Wells; his grandchildren, Katherine Shiver, Amber Ruiz (Kevin), Rachel Shelton, Taylor Shelton, Eric Toby James Chance, Tristan Andrews and Logan Andrews; his great grandchildren, Kaden Baker, Kaisley Shiver, Callie Ruiz and Kynlee Shiver; his sister Jan Brown (Donald); and his sister-in-law Diana Chance. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
