He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Ezell and Norma Jean Trotter Ezell; his brothers, Thomas Michael and Dennis George; and his grandmother Hattie Ezell.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna Cosby Ezell; his child Kyle Douglas Ezell (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Kinsley and Hattie; his daughter Heather Dawn Ezell (Justine Tydings); and his brother Larry David Ezell (Loretta). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
