He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Cindy Minear (Kurtis), Penny Jo Roberts and Donald J. Skaggs; his grandchildren, Robert Moyer, Travis Minear (Dayna), Tammy Condon (Brett), Megan Roberts, Jennifer Skaggs, Kimberly Skaggs, Heather Hansen (Blaine) and Jessica Shaw (Curtis); and his sister Kathy Reese. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Donald would have wanted a donation in his name to be made to St. Jude Children's research hospital.
