He is survived by: his daughter Davalyn Jolly of Doniphan; and his grandchildren, Allen, Karmel, Amber, Mikah, Teryn, Rebeccah, Jaime, David, Tyler, Mikki, Donny, Savannah, Dakota, Kevin, Stephanie, Sara, Shawn, Karleigh and Kalob.
