It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel E. Baker of Doniphan, Missouri, born in Malden, Missouri, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Baker and Virginia Baker (Mills); his children, Dusty Thomasson (Tilden) of Doniphan, Christina Baker of Antigo, WI, Charles Baker (Heather) of Doniphan and James Baker of Farmington, MO; and his brother Randy Baker (Mary) of Naylor, MO. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

“My condolences for the children of Danny Baker. You have my deep sympathy and I pray God will comfort you in this time of loss. I wish I had known at the time Danny left us so I could have been there but I have been ill and did not find out until my brother saw the sign at the funeral home. I have known Danny since we met on a bench on Front Street in Naylor in 1970. We were fast friends ever since and I will miss him dearly. May God Bless you all and may God Bless Danny. Jimmy Fleetwood”
