He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Ormsby and Virgie Ormsby (Dabbs); and his sister Alpha Smith of Oxly. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Waller of Doniphan; his foster daughters, Helen Marie Heath Karber (Scotty) of Batesville, AR and Maude Ann Heath Carter (Robert Leland) of Conway, AR; his siblings, LaVone Owens and Bill B. Ormsby of Poplar Bluff, MO.; and his grandchildren, Julie, Jennifer, Jordan and Carissa. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
