He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Fischer and Artilla Fischer (Ruehling); his sister Beulah Catherine Fink (Bee); and his brother-in-law Wayne Lavern Joplin, Jr. (Jake). He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Joplin; his children, Donald Christopher Fischer (Wynne) and Kathleen Dawn Fischer (Kirk); his granddaughters, Nicole Maness (Sam) and Kristi Ramirez (Alex); his great grandchild Preston Maness; his siblings-in-law, Linda Sue Kotthoff (Gery), Elizabeth Joplin (Liz), Karen Clavenna, Debbie Schuetz, Wilbert Fink, James Bauer (Kay), Gary Baker and Mark Baker (Rita); his nephews, Jeffrey Kotthoff (Dinah), Jonathan Kotthoff (Veronica) and Timothy Kotthoff (Tara); and his close friends, Ted and Carol Smith. He is also survived by other nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, cousins and friends.
