He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his children, Bill, Jim (Peggy), Sandy Macke (late Keith) and Mike (Chris); his grandchildren, Jessie, Katie, Tommy (Alexandra), Nick (Amanda), Liz Campbell (Jake), Emily Thompson (Brent), Steven Macke (Alex), Ruth Nash (James), Ryan, Andrew, Jonathan and Luke; his great grandchildren, Brody, Kenzie Thompson, Warner Macke and Locke Wise-Ehlers; his siblings, Leo, Edith Skaggs and Verna Anthes (Beverly); his grandchildren, Bethany (Mike), Tim (Rachelle), Kara, Jon, Daniel, Sarah (Thomas), Hannah, Alyssa, Matt (Taylor) and Micah; and his great grandchildren, Lena, Katie, Tommy, William and Elizabeth.
