He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Lang and Helen; and his brother Hobart Lang, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Doris Lang; his sons, Charles R. Lang, Jr. of Camas, WA and Dennis Lang of Ballwin, MO; his grandchildren, Cynthia Bingaman (Dave) of Union, MO, Jason Lang (Lindsay) of St. Louis, MO, Jessica Sehnert (Dan) of Eureka, MO, Charles R. Lang III of Hillsboro, OR and William Lang of The Dalles, OR; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Zachary, Teddy and Wolf. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Franklin County Honor Flight.
