(Tanja Maddox, III) of Grants Pass, Quentin (Tiffany Maddox) of Cuba, Missouri, Rosa Brush of Cuba, Missouri and Sara (William Tindall) of Cuba, Missouri; his grandchildren, Christina, William, Kayden Maddox, Austin Williams, Michael, Ryan and Khylie Maddox; and his siblings, Diane Fouty of Salem, Elaine Mallory of Oxnard, California, Richard Maddox of Delaware, Jimmy O'dell of Graham and Jerry O'Dell.
