She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Counts and Eula Counts; and her parents-in-law, Homer and Mae Williams. She is survived by: her husband Everett Williams of Cuba, Missouri; her son Randy Williams (Louanne) of Cuba, Missouri; her grandchildren, Emma (Carlo Filippelli), David (Jody Minardi), Danny (Heather Williams) and Lance (Abby Williams); her brothers, Frank Counts (Connie) of Steelville and Gary Counts of Steelville, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Zack, Mia, Brendon, Kye, Paulie, Lucas, Allie, Benny and River. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Due to COVID-19 there will be no visitation or services.
