She is survived by: her mother Hazel Lorene Bergner; her children, Pacey Hopwood (Kolby Flathers) of St. James, MO and Jacob Hopwood of St. James, MO; and her siblings, Tammy Stamper (Joe) of Salem, MO and Tony Bergner of St. James, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
