He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Heisman and Viola Heisman (Richardson); his sisters, Kay Jones and Beverly Bergman; and his great grandchild Chandler Elliot Werley.
He is survived by: his wife Linda C. Henson (Henson) of Cuba, Missouri; his children, Laura (David Cox) of Mt. Olive, Tammy Heisman of California, Robert "Chad" (Mary Heisman) of Cuba, Denise Kays of Lebanon, Heather (John Shortell) of Richland and Mia Heisman of Cuba, Missouri; his siblings, Patty Dooley of Litchfield, Illinois and Larry (Juanita Heisman) of Litchfield, Illinois; and his brother-in-law Mel Bergman of Litchfield, Illinois. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
