He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E. Krulik and Thelma R. Krulik (Spencer); his wife Ruthene Krulik (Martin); his brothers, Donald J. Krulik and Robert McFarland; and his siblings-in-law, Ivan (Mary Martin) and Donna Murray.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela (Andrew Sadowski) of Orlando, Patrice "Patti" (Mark Skjerve) of Tampa and Keith (Lana) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his grandchildren, Daryn Krulik of St. Louis, Alison Meadors of Indianapolis, Christine Skjerve of Tampa, Emily Skjerve of Tampa and Carter Sadowski of Orlando; his great grandchildren, Chelsie, Andrew Schlereth, Kourtney Krulik, Madelyn and Kyle Meadors; and his siblings-in-law, Edgar (Linda Martin) of Hayden, Missouri and Joan Hadley of St. James, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
