She was predeceased by: her parents, George Crisp and Ollie Crisp (Curtis); her sons, Jack McGinnis and Kim "Mac" McGinnis; and her siblings, Horace Crisp (Erlene), W. P. Crisp (Elenor), Hayes Crisp (Marie), Otilee Wallace (Everet), G. R. Crisp (Jo) and Georgia Ann Robbins (T. J.).
She is survived by: her children, Don McGinnis (Tina) of Cuba, Pat Bell (Bob) of Cuba, Renee Bowen (Ed) of Cuba and Michele Harmon (Kevin) of Salem; and her daughters-in-law, Diana McGinnis of Springfield and Edna McGinnis of Cuba. She is also survived by her eighteen grandchildren, thirty-eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many dear friends including her beloved church family.
