He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Willard" Smith and Eva Marie Breakfield Smith; and his brother Roger Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Alisha Dyan Gaddy; his siblings, Wayne Smith (Lori) of St. George, UT, Warren Smith (Jo) of Canon City, CO and Mary Shaw (Jerry) of St. Charles, MO; and his cousins, Diane Stubbert of Steelville, MO and Roger Halbrook (Helen) of Patton, MO. He is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
