He is survived by: his former wife Della Faye Martin; his children, Doug Alexander (Donna) of Rolla, MO, Timothy Johnson (Diane) of Kansas City, MO, Vikki Nowling of Houston, TX and Nancy Gambrel of Kingwood, TX.; and his sisters, Donna Miller of Springfield, MO and Debbie Templeton (Bob) of Hickory, NC. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
