She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Frank and Mary Clara Schumer; her husband Robert L. "Bob" Sego; her children, Iris Shane, Bradley Taylor and Elaine Sexton; her siblings, Charles (Pat Schumer), Dorothy Farishon, Elbert Schumer, Rosalia Renaud, Loretta Finn, Cletus Schumer and Leroy Schumer; and her stepson Peter Sego.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail (Bob Engemann) of Washington, Missouri; her son-in-law Jim Shane of Cuba; her stepdaughter Christina Sego of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Jill (Martin Rector) of Chesterfield, Thomas (Gabi DeBourge) of Germany, Beth (Todd Vaughn) of Charlotte, Dean (Audra DeBourge) of Albuquerque, Amber Taylor of Portland, Bradley Taylor of Cuba and Adam Taylor of Cuba; her stepgrandsons, Jordan Sego and Zak Sego; and her brother-in-law Pete (Marie Sego) of Cuba. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
