We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2021, at the age of 73, Kathy Ettinger-Campbell (Cuba, Missouri), born in Berryman, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Lucille Hill (Evans); and her son Christopher Ettinger. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Campbell of Cuba; her sons, Louis "Tip" (Denise Ettinger) of Cuba and Tim (Lisa Ettinger) of Cuba; her stepchildren, Kathleen Brooks of Sullivan, Amanda Campbell (Chris) of Bourbon and Gregory (Ashley Campbell, Jr.) of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Kylie (Colt McCauley) of Lake, Kody Ettinger (Katie Sportsman) of Lake, Jake Ettinger (Makenzie Wilson) of Rolla, Jonathan Ettinger of Cuba, Jessi Ettinger (Lane Sanazaro) of Cuba, Gustavo Brooks of Sullivan, Anthony "Tony" Brooks of Sullivan, Jayson Campbell of Sullivan, Madison Campbell of Cuba, Caroline Campbell and Wyatt Farmer of Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Fallyn McCauley and Parker Ettinger; her brother John Koch (Donna Marquart) of Washington; her niece Jessica Sharp; and her daughters, Aaliyah Sharp of Jacksonville, Florida and Emma Patterson of Jacksonville, Florida. She is also survived by aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many friends.
