He is survived by: his girlfriend Betty Blankenship of Bourbon; and his sisters, Margaret Millard of Robertsville, Barbara Alfermann of Washington and Irene (Ray Masters) of Kempner, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and many friends.
