He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tennyson and Mildred Tennyson (Chambers); and his siblings, Johnnie Tennyson, Gloria, Wynette and Judy Tennyson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Tennyson (Schiesser) of Cuba; his children, Jamie Tennyson of St. Peters, Kevin (Debbie Hoshaw) of Kirksville, Stacy Hoshaw of St. Peters and Todd (Jenny Hoshaw) of St. Peters; his grandchildren, Chase, Cassie, Bennett, Ryan, Sarah and Malachi; his brother Jerry (Sharon Tennyson) of Rolla; and his siblings-in-law, David (Nancy Schiesser) of Crown Point, Rich (Ann Schiesser) of Henderson, Nevada and Nancy (Scott Carey) of Lakeside, Arizona. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
