He was predeceased by: his brother Kimmie "Mac" McGinnis; his wife Edna Mae McGinnis (North) of Cuba, Missouri; his children, Corey (Gina McGinnis) of Oak Grove, Tabi (Matt Mazzei) of Cuba and Brandon McGinnis of Pierce City, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jayson McGinnis and Kathryn Mazzei; his parents, Leroy McGinnis and Ovia Marie McGinnis (Crisp) of Cuba, Missouri; his siblings, Don (Tina McGinnis) of Cuba, Missouri, Pat (Bob Bell) of Cuba, Renee (Ed Bowen) of Cuba and Michele (Kevin Harmon) of Cherryville, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Diana McGinnis of Springfield, Missouri.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Josh, Jackson and Jack.
