He was predeceased by: his father Everett Mitchell Fowler, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Julia Louise Bennett Fowler of Cuba, MO; his children, Jason Mitchell Fowler (Jessica) of Sullivan, MO and Shelly Seibert (Danny) of Washington, MO; and his grandchildren, Cayden, Collin Fowler, Jackson and Brinley Seibert.
