She was predeceased by: her husband Jack B. Chamberlin. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Chamberlin (Angie) and Steven Chamberlin; her sibling Lee Mueller (Sharon); and her nephews, Doug and Joe Mueller. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many dear friends.
