She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred E. Adam and Virginia Adam (Bank); her parents-in-law, John and Dolores Vanek; her sister Joan Adam; and her siblings-in-law, William Vanek, Gloria Vanek and Jean Vanek.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Vanek of Cuba, MO; her children, John Vanek (Patricia) of Hillsboro, MO and Joan Harrison (Barry) of O'Fallon, MO; and her granddaughter Katie Harrison of O'Fallon, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
