He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Mai and Esther Mai (Benton); his wife Winnifred Davis; and his siblings, Gwen Mai and Don Mai.
He is survived by: his children, Glen Mai of Columbia, Brad Mai (Rachelle) of Deer Park and Karen White (John) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Alexandra Mai, Natalie Mai, Billy Mai, Cherilyn Sgrignoli (Will), Sarah Mai, Jared Mai (Meghan), Janessa Mai and Marie Kelly (Matt); and his brother Terry Mai (Connie).
