He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Richard Ivo and Lena Elizabeth Skaggs (Fellhauer); and his siblings, Bill Skaggs, Kenneth Skaggs, Clarice Eberting, Donald Skaggs and Mary Skaggs.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Skaggs; his children, Sharon Aubrey (David), Tom Skaggs, Jr. (K'Lynn) and Bill Skaggs; his grandchildren, Tyna Morrison (Matt), Wesley Skaggs (Megan), Jordan Millam (Jamie), Jillian Caleb, Kristin Lamb (Nathan), Amie Hicks (Ryan) and Andy Skaggs (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Taylor, Tylee, Tenley, Dameon, Mayzie Belle, Krystin, Jackson, Hollis Mae and Ammerston; his great great grandchild Cora; and his siblings, Wretha Cameron, Patricia Pickens, Nancy Woiraye, Robert Skaggs and Sammy Skaggs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Warrensburg Missouri Veterans Home-Canteen and can be left in care of the funeral home.
