She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Coffey and Willa "Billie" Mae Coffey (Ray); and her husband Gerald Wayne Maxwell. She is survived by: her daughter Tina Marie Wolfe (David); her grandchildren, Kevin Wayne Sperry (Krystal Turner), Dustin Lee Veach (Courtney), Joshua Wayne Maxwell, Britny Marie Maxwell, Levi Garrett Maxwell and Jason Michael Maxwell; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Veach, Weston Veach, Bryson Veach, Emmitt Veach, Rayne Maxwell, Raidon Maxwell, Hudson Turner and Hadlee Turner.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, and these donations may be left in care of the funeral home.
