He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wilbur Weaver and Eleanor Josephine Weaver (Hartigan); his wife Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Loughren; and his son Christopher Leo Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Richard K. Weaver, Lynn Elizabeth Ivie (Jimmy) and Tracy Ann Weaver; his grandsons, Cody W. Ivie, Vicenza, Clay J. Ivie of Ramstein, AFB, Germany and Max C. Weaver; his brother Kenneth James Weaver (Carol); and his brothers-in-law, Louie Loughren (Sandy), Jay Loughren (Pati), Fuquay, Jack Loughren (Kathy) and Jerry Loughren (Mary Ellen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
