She was predeceased by: her parents, Byrle Bentley and Adeline Bentley (Haley); her husband Robert L. Short; her siblings, Jane Fick, Agnus Evens, Frieda Park and Bob Bentley; her son Gary Short; and her children-in-law, Otis Crenshaw and Kim Short.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Crenshaw, Elaine Scott, Archie Short, Ted Short, Becky Morris, Cathy Lewis and Connie; and her children-in-law, Wayne Scott and Jill Short. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Mt. Moriah Church may be left in care of the funeral home.
