She is survived by: her former husband John Edgar Spackler; her children, Kathleen Elizabeth, John Keith, Kathy Houk (Jim) of Spring Hill, TN, Keith Spackler (Deb) of Waterloo, NE and Kent Spackler of Clinton, MO; her grandchildren, Heather Ann Houk of Spring Hill, TN, Lauren Dawn Weber (Michael) of Spring Hill, TN, Steffany Jean Chedel (Marc) of Omaha, NE, Kelsey Colleen Spackler of Omaha, NE and John Montgomery Spackler of Nashville, TN; her great grandchildren, Ryan James, Kyle Anthony Weber of Spring Hill, TN, Hartford Bruce and Vera Jean Chedel of Omaha, NE.; her siblings, Robert Thomas Montgomery and Georgia Catherine Ross (Paul); and her sister-in-law Luwana Montgomery. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggest memorial contributions to The American Diabetes Association and may be left in care of the funeral home.
