He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Franklin and Bessie Kasper (Kelley); and his brother Dean Kasper. He is survived by: his sons, Lloyd Jr. and Kenneth Kasper (Vivian) of Windsor; his sister Mildred Mullins of Shawnee Mission; his grandsons, Tim Bigler and Joshua Bigler; and his great grandchildren, Haley, Allison, Emma, Jade and Jessica.
The family suggests memorial contributions to be made to The Clinton Christian Church and may be left in care of the funeral home.
