He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William McMillin and Margaret McMillin (Vanwinkle); his siblings, Doug McMillin and Barbara Donahue; his wife Mary; his children, William McMillin of Springfield, Rodney McMillin (Debbie) of Blue Springs, Missouri and Deanna Younce (John) of Clinton, Missouri; his brother Donnie McMillin (Dena) of Sedalia, Missouri; his grandchildren, Ashley Brewer, Jamie Willis (Jeff), Haley Bishop, Joshua McMillin (Lacy), Ryan McMillin (Cayenne), Jack McMillin, Garrett McMillin and Tyler McMillin; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Phenix Brewer, Autumn Willis, Elena and Olivia Bishop.
