She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Collins and Ethel Marie Collins (Pennington); her siblings, Betty Long, John Collins, Jim Collins and Andy Collins; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanie Collins, David Cloud, Marvin Long and Bill McCurdy.

She is survived by: her siblings, Jo Ann Cloud of Pharr, Donna McCurdy, Patricia Collins of Clinton, Carl Collins (Dixie) of Creighton and Phillip Collins (Rita) of Independence; and her sisters-in-law, Sue Collins and Shirley Collins of Independence. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Deepwater Cemetery and can be left in care of the funeral home.
