He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence George Holcomb and Edith Gertrude Thomas Holcomb; his wife Mary Lou Gregory Holcomb; his great grandchild Matthew Breshears; and his siblings, Clarence G Holcomb Jr., Martha Filson and Jackie D Holcomb.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret E. Breshears of Montrose, MO, Harry J Holcomb (Debra) of Lincoln and Glenda L. Richardson (Monte) of Warrensburg, MO.; his grandchildren, Jason, Mathew, Heather, Tiffany and Curtis; and his siblings, Grant Holcomb (Judy) of Florence, Jimmie Holcomb (Merna) of Fairfield, Trudy Hey of St. Petersburg, Thelma White of Iowa City, Velma Hummel of Burlington, Mable Hart (Charles) of Ottumwa and Sarah Poss (Frank) of St. Petersburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Montrose VFW Post 8820 or the Veterans Home in Warrensburg, Missouri and can be left in care of the funeral home.
