He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leland Wells and Lauretta Wells; his wife Gwen; his children, Tony Wells (Beth), Diane Adelsperger (Bob) and David Wells (Marcia); his grandsons, Andrew Adelsperger (Amelia), Daniel Wells, Seth Adelsperger (Arielle), Reagan Wells, Jonathan Wells and Brian Wells; and his sisters, Marilee Adams and Jacqui Smith (Larry).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church (Clinton, MO) in support of the missions fund: "Acts one 8" and can be left in care of the funeral home.
