We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2020, at the age of 92, Betty J. Evins (Clinton, Missouri), born in Pendleton, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Cook and Geraldine 'Levesque Cook; her stepparents, L. W. 'Duke Neuer and Stella Francis Neuer; her brothers, Emmett F. Cook, Ralph W. Cook, Sr. and Robert Cook; and her son Richard Allen Vaughn.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lisa D. Smith and John Vaughn; her great grandchildren, Michael Allen Parker (Miranda), Chelsey Nicole Parker, Ty Scott Koch, Zachary Vaughn and Jayda Vaughn; and her great great grandchildren, Landrei Bigler, Jax Allen Parker and Brantley Lee Johnson.
