It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah M Winsor of Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cossins and Dorothy Cossins (Haun); her husband Robert Winsor; and her brothers, Calvin Cossins and Ora Cossins.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur Winsor (Glenda) of Excelsior Springs, Jerald Winsor (Angie Ranes) and Wanita Bowman of Liberty, Missouri; her son-in-law Brian Bowman of Kansas City, Missouri; and her sisters, Annetta McMillan of Des Moines and Barbara Carlock of North Carolina. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
