He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Reith; his children, Kurt Douglas Reith (Emily), Michael Reith, Sr., Deanna of Amity and Kelli Brady (Lisa); his grandchildren, Andrew, Courtney, Nate Reith, Michael Reith, Jr., Matthew Reith, McKenzie Oder, Kelsie Followwill and Benjamin Brady; his great grandchildren, Rayleigh, Aurora, Kinslie, Gage, Rugar and Dane; and his sisters, Mary Volpert and Vada Reed.
