He is survived by: his wife Marian Alice Banks; his children, Annette Waits (Steve) of Rogersville, AL and Les Painter (Debbie) of Huntersville, NC; his grandchildren, Emily Colter (Duane) of Plainfield, IN and Jim Painter (Tammy) of Dearborn, MO; his great grandchild Laura Bailey (David) of Chillicothe, MO; his daughter Amy Psota (Kerby) of Bogard, MO; his grandchildren, Aaron Colter (Erin), Allison Matthews (Robert), Adam Colter (Renea), Levi Ward, Cody Redman (Preston), Krystin White (Steven), Amanda Waits, Isaac Bailey and Becca Bailey; his great grandchildren, Katelynn, Mason Matthews, Sterling Colter, Xander, Hunter Redman and Rowan Findling; his sister Patti Tucker (Ed) of Hamilton, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Painter, Ed Banks and Don Banks of Chillicothe, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
