He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Briggs and Priscilla Moss (Bethards); his parents-in-law, Maurice (Doc), Hattie Hapes and Elsie May Hapes (Bennett); his sister Carol Ann Spencer; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Moss and Sylvia Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Moss; his daughters, Tonja Tiemeyer (Max) of Meadville and Shelby Marsh (Tom) of Chillicothe, Missouri; his grandchildren, Alivia, Eli, Levi, Jaxon Tiemeyer of Meadville, Ruger and Marsh; and his siblings, Marcia Moss of Chillicothe, Dennis Moss of Utica, Darrell Moss of Chillicothe, Sondra Crowder of Omaha, Richard Moss of Chillicothe, Anita Jacobs (Howard) of Meadville, Mark Moss (Jenny) of Chillicothe and Mary Beth Pepper (Mike) of Columbia, Missouri.. He is also survived by many one uncle, three aunts, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and cousins.
