He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Koehly and Alta "Lucille" Koehly (Wilson); his son Jeffery Koehly; and his sister Pat Hibler (Bob). He is survived by: his spouse Michal L. Clark; his sons, Chris Koehly of Chillicothe, Tim Koehly of Kirksville and Todd Koehly; his grandchildren, Chelsea Staatz (Jake) of Overland Park, Noah Koehly of Omaha, Emma Koehly, Mariah Koehly of Kissimmee and Madalyn Koehly of Kansas City; and his great grandchild Henry Staatz.
