D.), Kyle Campbell (Jordyn), Carson Campbell (Hannah) and Austin Campbell (Kaya); his siblings, Mike Campbell (Sue), Steve Campbell (Laura), Scott Campbell (Sandy), Neal Campbell (Laura) and Stu Campbell; his mother-in-law Susan Sgarlata; and his goddaughter Cassandra Staub.
