Palmer of Charleston, Missouri, born in Louisville, Mississippi, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Lemuel Palmer and Phalor Lenora Jernigan Palmer; his pets, Scruffy and Rocky; his siblings, William Chalmers Palmer, Clyde V. Palmer, Juanita and Pauline; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Johnson, Jerry Morton, Elbert Steinbeck and Carolyn Palmer.
He is survived by: his sons, Reese Palmer (Janet) and Todd Palmer; his granddaughter LeDotta Pind; his great grandchildren, Olivia Grace Pind and Isabella Marie Pind; his sisters, Anita Johnson, Mary Ann Morton and Helen Steinbeck; and his sister-in-law Peggy Palmer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
